Shipping & Returns

Complimentary shipping on all orders of $150 or more. Each piece of Mai Love jewelry is individually handmade and hand-wrapped to order. Depending on the duration of creation and availability of each piece, please allow 10-14 business days for your order to be created and shipped; however, most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Items are hand packaged and shipped from our Mai Love studio on Kaua’i and will be shipped USPS priority mail. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped. If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we’ll let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date.

Our customer service team cares about you and will do everything possible to ensure that your item arrives safely and in a timely manner. Your jewelry will arrive beautifully gift wrapped in a small branded box and / or satin pouch. Multiple items will be combined, unless separate boxes or pouches are requested for a small fee at checkout. If this is a gift being shipped directly to the recipient, please let us know. We will gladly include a note from you. You can include the message in the comment section during checkout and we will handwrite a gift note for you.

International Orders

We offer worldwide delivery, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout.

Current estimated shipping time for international orders is 2-4 weeks via USPS First Class International

All orders shipped with USPS First Class are handed off to the local postal service in the receiving country. If you have an issue with delivery, please first contact your local postal service and if they are not able to assist you - don’t hesitate to email our care team!
